No Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Please ensure that you carefully review your order before completing your purchase.

Warranty Policy

All Bicycle Campers come with a one-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. Repairs must be made at our New Hampshire location. A flat $200 fee applies to all repairs, regardless of the nature of the issue.

Disclaimer of Liability

Use of our products is at your own risk. Bicycle Campers is not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from improper use, overloading, or failure to adhere to provided safety guidelines. Our products are designed for light to moderate use and are not suitable for extreme or unsafe conditions.

Indemnification

By purchasing and using our products, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bicycle Campers and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses arising from improper use, modifications, or third-party actions.

Safety Guidelines

Customers are required to adhere to all safety guidelines provided in the user manual. This includes but is not limited to:

Shipping Policy

All products are carefully inspected before shipping. Bicycle Campers is not responsible for damage incurred during shipping. Customers must inspect their product upon delivery and report any issues within 48 hours.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring their bicycles are compatible with our camper hitch system. Damage caused by incompatibility is not covered under warranty.

Modification and Alteration

Any modifications or alterations made to the camper void the warranty. Bicycle Campers is not responsible for damages or issues resulting from unauthorized modifications.

Binding Arbitration

All disputes arising from the use or purchase of our products must be resolved through binding arbitration in the state of New Hampshire. Customers waive the right to pursue litigation in any other jurisdiction.

Force Majeure

Bicycle Campers is not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond our control, including natural disasters, labor strikes, or supply chain disruptions.

Age Restriction

Purchasers must be 18 years or older. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
